SCHEDULE
Our sessions during set camp dates will go from 8:00 - 10:00am. You have the flexibility to commit to what camp weeks you want to attend to ahead of time, instead of committing a month at a time. Each camp week's fee is $30. This includes our 2024 RDA camp t-shirt, 2X 2:00Hr sessions/ week of focused training of each skill, plus 1 on 1 feedback.
“HAPPY FEET HOUR”
Footwork needs to be trained and practiced often. The better an athlete's footwork, the faster, quicker, and more explosive they will be. This program focuses on foot speed, coordination and balance using a mixture of rings, ladders and cones to improve footwork.
Must wear tennis shoes. These activities will take place at Adams County Christian School Band Hall (indoor).
